I'm really interested on doing a Pliny clone as my next brew and was wondering if anyone had an ingredient list for the More Beer extract kit. Can't seem to find one on their website or anywhere else online. Would like to compare with what Austin and Northern Brewer put in theirs.

Awesome, thanks! What are you doing for yeast? I was thinking of double pitching White Labs California Ale.

WLP001, or California Ale, is a good yeast for this beer. I bought this kit from AHS a while back and it comes with WLP001.

Just ordered the More Beer kit and two vials of WL001. Excited to give this a try. It's basically impossible for me to get the real Pliny in South Dakota, so this is as close as I can get.
