I had about 12 pounds of pilsner grain left in a 55lb sack. I dumped it from the sack into a different container and noticed the bottom of the bag had mold. Sifting through the grain I see some of it is dark and moldy, but only a small amount of the entire 10 pounds is visibly so.. like only 1 or 2%.

On one hand, I just want to toss it all in the trash and forget about it. On the other hand, not sure when I'm going to be able to get more grain. How bad is it to have some moldy kernels? Can I pick out the ones that are visibly bad and let the mash / boil take care of the rest? Or will it carry-through the entire process, either with infection or off-flavors?
