anybody have any experience with Divin, and how to make it?
I was recently in Paris where our waitstaff shared some homebrew 'Cognac' (their term for it) their parents (immigrants from Moldova) make. Definitely not a fine French Cognac by any means, but wonderfully great in its own unique way.
I'd love to learn more on the ingredients and process used to make this, purely from a curiosity perspective of discovering how good things are made, should anybody have insights.
thanks for the insights!
