Hi, so I think I worried about this a little late. I have a broken refrigerator that has a ton of mold in it. It is all dry. I have 2 5 gallon buckets fermenting in there. One of them ran out of star san over night. I figured since they were airtight it wouldn't matter if there is mold on the outside. I panicked and bought a new fermentation chamber from amazon. But are these beers ruined? How do I know if my beers have mold in them? Is it dangerous? Thank you.

I presume the OP meant the airlock ran dry?

There's absolutely no health risk as long as there's no mold growing inside the fermenter.

Cheers & welcome!

Sorry I meant the airlock ran out. Ok thank you. I figure as long as I can't see mold or taste it, it will probably be ok?
