Mold in 2ndary fermenter?

I just went into the basement to check on my pale ale in the secondary fermenter and saw some small white spots floating on top. Is this mold? Maybe from poor sanitation?

Is there something I should do before racking to the bottling bucket?

probably just some krausen from the yeast finishing up there thing.
