Hi Folks,
I've just mixed up a Coopers stout kit with half DME and half Corn sugar. I would really like to add some preserved cherries to it but am unsure about quantity and/or when to add them. Any hints or ideas would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

After the beer has completely fermented in primary, rack to a secondary on top of the cherries. About a pound per gallon should do if you want significant cherry flavor. Now keep in mind this is with fresh or frozen cherries...I'm not really familiar with the preserved kind you're using, so YMMV!
