Starting my brewing control box. I decided to put everything into a rolling box.

Plan to run the rims tube and pumps from the switches on the front of the upper box.

I am able to remove the top box to run a fan for temp control on my ceramic grill.

Fan is going to take some thinking. Either wall wort and DC fan or 120 volt ,either will be run from the rims / pid outlet.

Wiring schematic is on paper and the components are ready to go in the box.

Plan to mount the Rims tube to the back of the lower box. Should help with the balance.

E-stop button to disconnect the main relay.
Auber PID and switches.
120 volt indicator lights.
outlets for a recirculating pump, transfer pump and rims heater.
Rims heater outlet tied to the recirculating outlet to error proof for the element.
2 Bronze march pumps, which plug into the top box.
All wired through an onboard GFI outlet.

Oh! and a fancy storage tray in between for thermocouples and things. :)

Last pic is my new primo ceramic grill, ready to move to the deck for some BBQ.

Making progress..

It's wired but I found I had the wrong SSR (AC not DC).

My large indicator lams are all burnt out. (they were reused)

Other than that it seems to power up and work.

SSR ordered, off to Radioshack for bulbs, add cord and mount the rims tube.

Then wet trial. I wish it would get warmer here.
