10 gallon Spike brewing conical fermenter
5 gallon mash tun (cooler), Blichmann float system to regulate the wort level, gravity feeds back to the kettle.
True refrigerator (glass front door) for fermentation (heated and cooled), doubles as a keg fridge - etc.
8+ corney kegs (some with questionable welds, but at least 6 good ones),
Perlick SS taps (2) lots of hardware, co2 multi pressure regulators (3-tap rite), co2 tank 20lb.
Cheap azz vent system that works great.
Magnetic stir setup, grain mill.
a gallon of starsan.
The best sink you can use for brewing! (5' long, all stainless, brew directly on top of the removable grates - easy clean up).
Bottle caps/capper...more (everything that's needed...).
(the crappy beer and other contents of the fridge excluded ;-) and I'll need to remove the sink (easy).
Control box needs a 30amp 240v GFI outlet (or similar) and 120 outlet for fan/pump/other controls
