So I got informed, since I live with my parents, that My kegs were taking up too much room in the beer fridge and had to go.:confused::(
I was happy with my kegs in the fridge outside in the shop and really had no intention of making a keezer or kegarator. Well upon receiving this news I said "Ok.. are you giving me permission to build a Keezer?" The reply was a grudging Yes. :mug: Soo off I set on the journey of A keezer build.
Hope I am posting these right.

The Keezer Olympics Gold medalist... Winner of the, Affordable. Roomier, and Local category.

Even after all that training even the best athletes can lose their head

grrrrrr.. they posted fine at the house....I'll try to get them right when I get home in the morning.

Sorry for not updating in a few days but my Dad is in the hospital for some issues and I havent been able to work on this. Soon though.. Need a Temperature controller, tap handle nuts, a drip tray, and a small sani-keg.
Thinkinga bout taking a small 2.5 gallon keg and filling it with star-san with a beer-beer adapter on it. Push star-san into big keg, detach, shake, remove lid of sani-keg, place sani keg under tap, connect now sanitized beer keg, push star-san through tap into sani-keg. Problem with hanging around a hospital..... you work to little and think too much. Thinking STC 1000 for a TC... taking thoughts and ideas.

STC-1000. Wish I had known about them when I built mine. Your freezer appears identical to the one I used. Your controller can hard wire and be mounted where the side access panel goes. take the original thermostat in the front loose and just push it back inside the chest. You can the cover the hole with whatever you are using to encase the chest.

Thanks. I'm just doing a Collar at the time being.. Don't have the funding in place for the time being to do a full enclosure. eventually though... eventually I will do such a thing And it will be awesome!!!! lol.

So now I finally have my temp Controller wired correctly and working.
Little temp controller... massive project box.. space well used though

And now with everything basically mounted into place

Tomorrow I will be setting my tank outside and running the lines through the collar and then setting the kegs. Now to empty one so I can sanitize the taps.

Got the kegs moved in and the lines ran

Air line is actually running through a 9/16th" hole drilled and widened ever so slightly so my Co2 can sit outside the keezer in a manner to be camouflaged later.

Still need to tidy up ad get a drip tray... Any ideas on a good way to hide the tank? I know I have seen wicker baskets used but I was wondering what else has been used.

Ive got a frezer about this size that ive just put a collar on i have a controler on it currently but i was wondering if you might have the plans for your build as it looks very nice and I'd like to make mine look just as good.

That'll be a ways off for me. but maybe one day I will get froggy.
