Make sure that when you're inputting your grain bill, that it's accurate. Also, i don't use the same program, but I use Beersmith. When choosing a mash profile, it gives the option for BIAB (Brew In A Bag), which could potentially overshoot/undershoot your mash temperature if you're doing a single infusion mash with a sparge.
