I am looking to clean out my freezer and am open to suggestions for recipes that will help me use as many of the following grains as possible. Although, some of these grains are over 2 years old.
1 lb 2-Row
2.5 lb Wheat (torrified)
2.25 lb Chocolate
1 lb Roasted Barley
8 oz Flaked Oats
8 oz Crystal 40
8 oz Caramunich
8 oz Peat Smoked
12 oz Munich
12 oz 6-Row Dextrine
12 oz Wheat (6-Row)
Of course, I will have to get some more base malt. I don't have any hops on hand, so feel free to make suggestions. As far as yeast, I have some Safale S-04 and a cake on Wyeast 1332 from a brown ale I brewed a few months ago.
Cheers!
