So, I have a bunch of 1 - 2 oz. hops left over and I wanted to do an IPA (the more hops the better), with them, but since this will only be my fifth batch, I'm not sure exactly what will go good with what and I'm looking for opinions.

I have:

1 - Cascade
2 - Chinook
4 - Fuggles
2 - Goldings
1 - Pearle
1 - Saaz

Thanks.

Chinook is the bitter powerhouse in your list. I'd go 60 min w/ the Chinook, 30 min w/ Cascade, 15 min Goldings.... and how about Dry hopping with the rest? ;) Well... maybe not ALL of the remaining hops... or maybe so... hmmmmm

You can certainly use the Cascade & Chinook and make a good IPA but IMHO you need some additional hops such as Columbus/Centennial/Amarillo/Simcoe if you want it to really sing. Montanaandy
