I have a milk chocolate stout recipe that I really enjoy. I live in a area where they grow alot of mint and was thinking of adding this into the mix. My question is where and how much if anyone has any experience with this? I was thinking in the secondary but have no idea how much or how to prep/sanitize fresh leaves for this?
 
I would suggest making a tincture with vodka, as far as how much I haven't a clue. Maybe try making a tincture and dosing a pint until you get the desired flavour then scale up from that.
