Sweet! Lot of nice details and good storage options (like the tool cabinet under the counter). The wall tile adds a nice touch too. This room could have been cramped and claustrophobic, but with your choice of finishes it must be luxurious (?) to brew in.

Is that a water line coming out of the wall for easy filling?

Yes. I have a hot water line coming out next to the HLT and that is cold water that you can see on the wall near the chiller.
