I'm now the proud owner of a conical fermenter! So I'm doubling checking what will be my processes in order to minimize oxidation.

Firstly I use something very similar to this: http://www.norcalbrewingsolutions.com/store/CO2-Carbon-Dioxide-Harvester-Kit.html made of some 2L ball valves with holes drilled in them:

Trub dump no 1 (at high krausen) - I'm not too concerned about o2.

At ~ 4 days there should be enough CO2 in the bell jars for me not to worry.

For the final yeast dump - going to connect to the blow off valve and regulate CO2 going into the fermenter.

Dry Hop - Open the lid, pour the hops in, then push some regulated CO2 into the bottom of the fermenter, leaving the blow off tube connecter to the CO2 harvester

Cold crash, close all valves

Racking to fermenter - attach racking arm to liquid out post of a CO2 purged fermenter. Transfer via regulated Co2


Anything I'm missing?
 
That's a neat design for the for CO2 harvesting.

It sounds like you have much of the area covered. I am able to attach CO2 to a bottle through a port at the top of the fermenter. I turn it on and push while I lift the lid for dry hopping too and let it run for a while.

Depending on your tank, cold crashing could be dangerous and can implode your vessel depending on the temp drop you're speaking of. If it can handle 3 psi, I'd recommend attaching a tank to it at 2 psi and that will fill the vacuum and prevent damage to your equipment.

Otherwise I think you have everything covered.
