Hi guys
I have been working in this design for a month, and i want to know your opinion
Is a BIAB, with a metal pump, a counter flow chiller "also used like a pipe"
some selenoid valves a analog thermometer and a Digital thermometer
it´s about to reduce unnecessary and excessive long hoses
simplify the control panel and automatized the most.
Also, i want to do all the recirculation line in a rigid structure
maybe a structure made of metal pipe and some supports.
the gas line can be a hose.
The control panel will be one six way selector only:
(OFF, MASH, BOIL, COLD, WHIRLPOOL, and CLEAN)
and a Master digital thermometer "for set the mash temp"
the six options will be:
OFF: Everything off.
MASH: Valve A "gas" and B "Cold Water" will be mastered by the digital thermomenter, Valve C open, valve D closed, Pump ON.
BOIL: Valve A "gas" open, everything else Closed/Off.
COLD: Valve D "whirlpool" Open, Valve B "Cold water" open, Pump ON, everything else closed.
WHIRLPOOL: Valve D "whirlpool" open, pump ON, everything else closed.
CLEAN: everything ON for the cleaning and sanitize.
all the system will be mounted in someting similar to this:

I hope hear your opinion and advices
kind regards
