Wanted Mini Keg Cooler - Looking for any information on this *Not for sale*

I just bought this mini keg cooler off of facebook marketplace and I cannot find any information online about this product.
Hamms and Falstaff made these back when but they are single and not double. I can't even find a picture online of a mini double keg cooler.
Any information is appreciated. Doesn't seem like its worth much but may be rare.

I guess the next thing is to find a couple of kegs to go in there.
From what I've read, they are nearly impossible (there must have been some special tool) to get open and can't be refilled and used at the homebrew level.
Does it work?

Yes, it works !
And right, I'll have to buy some mini kegs like the ones Heineken and Bells sell.
Got it for $20 and will just add to my collection of vintage brewing equipment to go in my basement speak easy cave one day...
