Mini Fridge plate chiller jockey box?

I am contemplating putting a plate chiller in the top freezer part of a mini fridge that is used for bottles, hops, stored yeast. Any one have this type of setup working?

Is the freezer at freezing temperatures?

If so, the beer in the jockey box is going to freeze and bust something.

The freezer is controllable. I would have it just over 33 when not in use.
