Milling Flaked Wheat

So I know you aren't supposed to mill flaked wheat, but my wife bought an American Wheat kit from Great Fermentations and all the grains are mixed together with the flaked wheat. I was going to grind the grain again because I BIAB and need that extra grind for better efficiency. Will it hurt the recipe or wheat if I throw it in the mill with the grain?

Nope. I’ve done this many times with no ill effect

Just add it slowly. Some mills don't play well with wheat. Tends to bind it up.

I always just throw my flaked wheat, barley and oats in with everything else that goes through the mill.
