I bought grain for 2 batches at the LHBS yesterday and used their mill before I left because I don't have my own. I found out that I only have time to do one batch today/tomorrow instead of the 2 intended. So my question is, how long really will these milled grains stay fresh enough to use?

Store them in an air tight container and they should be good for a few weeks.

Which should be just long enough for your new grain mill to arrive in the mail. ;)

Sounds good, it should only be about 6-10 days until I have time to get around to the second batch. Store them at room temp?

Room temperature is fine for a couple weeks. I've kept crushed grains in the freezer for months.
