Mill on top of a rubbermaid container

a few weeks ago i saw a thread, and i know i should have bookmarked it, where someone had mounted a drill and mill to the bottom side of a rubbermaid tub lid. when the tub was closed the mill and drill were secure in side, and when in use the grain fell into the tub. i have the basic idea, but was wondering if anyone knew where this thread was, or if they had a similar set up. Thanks
