I was woken up this morning by my wife telling me the lid to my fermenter had blown off. I've been brewing for about a year and a half now and have finished about 25 batches; yet to have this happen though. Anyways after cleaning up the mess I'm sort of happy, the batch is still fine, and I feel like this was a long over due milestone in my new life long hobby.
