So I'm ordering some ingredients to make an American Orange Wheat. and I thought it would be easier to just order some sweet orange peels from Midwest rather than zesting my own orange and try to remove as much rhine as possible.

Anyone use these before?
Recommend them?

Any oranges you find in your local produce department will work fine. I prefer blood oranges or valencia, but that's me.

You actually want a little bit of bitterness added to it since that is what will leave you with the most potent orange flavor. Just use a fine grater and take off the orange peel down to the white skin underneath. The white stuff is really bitter though, so you don't want that.
