Mead-ish

Hi I had started some mead at Christmas, racked it and have left it on my wardrobe floor. The firmantation was fairly quick and only lasted two and a half weeks, since racking and when waking every morning I still hear 'blub' coming from the wardrobe, about one 'blub' every two minutes.
Firstly is this normal (it is my first batch of Mead)? If it is when will it stop? if it isn't what do I do please?
I have some more mead problems but I will start a new thread to get specific answeres to that one.

Sounds normal to me. Sounds like it's still fermenting, mead takes time. It'll stop bubbling when it's done fermenting; be patient, the yeast know what they're doing.

You should take a hydrometer reading to know where the fermenting process stands, only that will tell you if the mead is done. But after that much time, I'd wager that it's finished and the occasional blub is just outgassing of whatever CO2 is still in suspension. Also be aware that a temperature increase or even changes in atmospheric pressure (weather) can make the gasses in the fermentor expand and bubble out the airlock.

(I am not sure that I have managed to put up photo's here) I have taken these two demijohns and re-racked them. This is the Bonfire Mead. Made with 4lb honey and 1/2lb of treackle syrup per gallon.
The batch was started 10th of March this year and original gravity was 0.88 they were racked off on 22nd as the main firmentation had all but finished. Original gravity was 0.88
Gravity when racked was 0.2 / 0.86 ¬ 11.4%
Gravity today 01/07/2018 1.2 12.86% = 12.9 % not a bad strength, just needs to clear for a few more weeks, Lol well it does now I had to scratch my nose and disturbed the sediment.

YAY I did it! sorry about the prievious post, didn't mean to advertise shoebox. Here are my bonfire meads, they were clear but I stuffed em up trying to syphon them, two weeks and they will be crystal clear and I will get some help to do them as its obvious I need three hands, plus I can make an event of it and demolish a bottle or two.
