I’m making my very first batch of mead. It a blueberry mead with a little bit of raisins. The airlock was going crazy for about three weeks. I lost all activity over night. I’m not sure on what to do at this point. Do I pitch more yeast into it or should I start over and mash up the blueberries. Any advice would be very much appreciated.

I would encourage you to get a hydrometer and check your Specific Gravity. That's the only real way to know how well your ferment is progressing or if its done or not.

If there are two consecutive readings that are a week apart and they do not change then your likely done or nearly done.

I took a little taste test with a sanitized straw and it didn’t taste sweet it tasted pretty dry. So I called it done and racked it into another carboy to clear up.

You are most likely mostly done, but without a hydrometer it's impossible to tell for sure. You likely have some yeast activity even though it doesn't look like it, so I wouldn't bottle it for several months.
