I'll probably be doing some form of Irish Ale yeast. If you want to use dry yeast, I'd go with something like Windsor.

Yeah, but when it gets dark at 5 o'clock, you gotta start early or you're outside at night.

That said, most people don't show up until 10 or so, but I'll get started heating water around 9.

Plus if you start early you get to finish early and play Wii.

We'll probably end up getting some Sheetz or something delivered...or the Pit Beef guy will show up and bring pit beef sammies for everyone.

If we are comparing women to beers, I would like a RIS. Big, dark, sweet and strong. Plus they tend to age well...

Not to mention thick and gives lots of head...

I just need a container and ice for the Corny, I'll Bring a near dead keg of "Sorachi ale"(If it doesn't die this weekend) and my Xmas Porter (Need it critiqued, to tweak it for next year) I have a portable dispensing rig (Gas, regulator, picnic spout)

I have a tub we can put ice in and Sheetz is right down the road so someone can get ice.

I'll try to build up a bit from the fridge, but I don't know that I'll have all that much due to freezer space. Besides, it's under $2 a bag and I don't think it's gonna melt too quick.

Maybe if we have some snow again we can just toss it in a snowbank.
