So I dropped the video for the McMead the other day. I hope you guys like and subscribe. Please watch and share. I'm having a blast and learning a lot about Mead AND video editing

I thought I'd start a new thread since the original guy doesn't seem to be around anymore and well, it's no longer about his version of it at this point.

I have the McMead in the bucket. I'll start a McApple soon as well just to say it's been done.

Any and all who like/Subcribe and happen to be in the KCMO area after I bottle are welcome to contact me to do a tasting and we'll get together to try these and yours if you bring some.

This should be interesting. Wonder how it would compare to even cheapest supermarket or Walmart honey.

Do you know whether this "honey" is honey or whether it is sugar syrup?

It's pure grade A honey. Per FDA regs if it's anything other than pure honey from bees it must be labeled as a "blend".
