Maximum grain bill for 15 gallon keg mash tun

I'm doing a pipeline porter clone with a 31.5 lbs gain bill and when I put it in Beer Smith 2 it calls for 11 gallon water addition. But not sure my mash tun can handle all the grain and water. Anyone out there have a similar experience?

Should be fine at either 1.25 qts/lb or 1.5 qts/lb according to http://www.rackers.org/calcs.shtml

Check the website above for a "can I mash it?" Calculator. Based on the information you provided, it will fit fine.

Really appreciate it. First time trying my own recipe just wasn't sure about volume.

Beersmith has that built in. Just put your equipment profile in. When you go to the mash tab if there is a red dot next to the mash tun volume size then you need to make adjustments.
