I'm stepping up to all grain, and was wondering approximately what the max kettle size I could use to boil on an average power gas stovetop.
I have only done partial mashes indoors, and have no problem getting 4.5 gal of wort to boil now.
Is boiling 10+ gallons of wort indoors a foolhardy idea?
Any thoughts?
