Maturing

is there any chance of fermentation while maturing? my beer is about 5 days after fermentation and there was oxigen coming out my airlock today, thanks

CO2 (not oxygen, your beer is carbonated to 1-2 volumes when fermentation is complete) will come out of solution with temperature change and movement. Only way to know if fermentation is complete is with gravity measurements.

Give it another 7 days or so. It could be done, or being very close to being finished, but more time won't hurt it at all.

As jddevinn said, a hydrometer will tell you when it's done. Airlock bubbles don't tell you anything.
