Just curious if there's such a device out there. Where if it gets above say, 160 degrees, it lessens the heat, and if it gets below, it raises it. I understand this may be expensive, it's something I'm willing to venture into. Preferably electric.

RIMS or HERMS.
More than a mash tun, but if you’re going to be adding heat, recirculation is a good idea to avoid hot spots.
