Marshmallow Stout???

So I was sitting at the table with my 3 year old son going halfsies on a cup of hot chocolate w/ marshmallows. Then I thought, man what about a marshmallow stout. Anyone k ow if there's any recipes out there? Think I may make this my next batch.

The last page of the Jan/Feb 2012 issue of Zymurgy mentions a "Toasted Marshmallow Stout" from what sounded like a member of the Tampa Bay BEERS homebrew club. Maybe you can email someone from there and ask for the recipe. When I initially read that, I thought it sounded like a tasty idea as well! Good luck!
