March pump electrical hookup with switch

I have the following:

- An outlet with a removable cable (it twists on and off).
- I then have a switch
- Then the pump

|_| <----- Outlet

| <-- cable from pump
O <---pump

How do I hook this up?

Put the switch on the hot side of the cord. Wiring an inline switch is as simple as it gets, google an electrical site, go to home depot, buy a book. Sorry if I'm not much help, there is plenty of stuff already out there on this subject.

I figured it out eventually. It was just a very late evening and I was tired....needed to get ready for my brew today...
