Second time around. First time each gallon yielded 4 bottles, despite all the pulp separation

Costco mango juice, 1.5lb white sugar, ec1118 yeast. Nutrients on days 2, 4, 6 at 1tsp each day. Total fermentation time 2 weeks. Bottled and left to sit for 2 weeks.

Same recipe with dragonfruit juice. The dragonfruit was drinkable, but there was a hint of an after taste that left something to be desired. I think it could have aged a bit.
