Question on mango's at secondary.

I have my DIPA dry hopping already and the plan was too place the mangos in the last 3-4 days of dry hopping. I will be racking to a secondary for the mango's and I am curious if I need to add more hops to my dry hopping since the mango's will likely restart fermentation even though I am no longer sitting on the yeast cake?

Depends on your level of dryhopping already. If you're doing a dipa, though, you might want to throw in 1 last dose of hops 3-4 days before bottling/kegging because of it being a dipa, anyway.

For 4.5 gal batch had 5 oz at 10 & 5 of boil then 5oz at dry hopping.

Generally you should add the hops after the fruit, if you want the hop characteristic to be more evident. If you want the fruit characteristic to be present, add the fruit second.
