I got my inexpensive hops today. Like a ******* I nicked a few of the packages so I want to use the Mandarina Bavaria immediately. I have 8 ounces of 6.5% alpha to use. I went to IPA right away but I don't think that is enough hops to bitter so maybe a pale ale. I would like to do a SMaSH. Looking for suggestions.

It looks like my guesstimate was wrong. Aiming for Vodoo Ranger Imperial IPA, my wife's favorite beer. I have been fiddling around in Brewfather and got this. Brewfather mandarina bavaria IIPA
