No, I've never seen MLF look like anything really- just maybe some airlock activity.

Thanks I wasn't sure if there was anything visual to ML. Looks like its just a plain ole oops infection. I think I forgot the campden on transferring to secondary with this batch so it might have picked something up there.
That's a lot of headspace, and that's what I suspect as the cause of the infection.
