New to kegging,a nd just back into homebrewing after 10 yr hiatus. Using an Anvil Foundry. Brewerd my first batch and afteter secondary moived it to a 5 gal Torpedo. I was ofered a 4.4 cu mini frifge before all this but when I got it it didnt work. So now I have this keg sitting outside in the midwest to keep as cool as I can. Intially fine because it was normal November 48 day/ 38 night. But now "end-of-world" wierd November temps around 54 day / 45 night.
Until I get a fridge would this be reasonable: Just pick an everage temp and set pressure based on that and leave be until I get fridge. Then purge all and start fresh with cold fridge temp?
Thanks!
