Which would be the best choice of yeast ?
White Labs - English Ale 002
Wyeast - London Ale 1028
Dry yeast - Windsor Ale

I know absolutely nothing about this beer, but some internet research seems to mention WLP002 more times than not. I’m also seeing Wyeast 1098 and S-04 (dry) as other options. There are a few recipes here in the forum if you use the search function. Also, at the bottom of this thread, there are several other threads listed in the “similar threads” box.

They cloned it on the CYBI podcast and used WL002, but just because they cloned the commercial version doesn't mean it won't be better with a different yeast. Maybe split the batch and try 002 and one of your other choices?

WLP002 or Lallemand London (ESB) would be solid choices. The others mentioned above will attenuate too much or too little. WLP002 and London attenuate low, but not as low as Windsor.
