Hello New here and have brewed all grain for the past ten years .
Well a few years ago I was finishing up a three run parti guyle (sp) well the small beer was to be about 2-3%. Got late and put the lid on till the morning . Well it soured a little and didn't know . It was going to be a English light Brown session beer forgot what hops that I did can remembered it was at 60 and shut off . It finished at 2% and an great tart taste may never be able to do that again . Well this spring well do a esb and let it sit for a few days and hop light . Thanks Chris
