MAC disc drive died

The kids shoved candy or something in the disc slot on my macbook.

I want to upload from cd's etc

Can I get some sort of external disc drive?

Not sure if the Mac Air drive will work with all macs, but I don't know why it wouldn't.

Yeah, the zen died, my sansa got dropped....HARD. and my macbook got **** stuffed into the disc drive.....Oh well!!!

You can get a way cheaper external disc drive than the superdrive, especially if you don't care how it looks ... almost any USB external drive should work fine for uploading and burning. Check craigslist, or if you want a new one, Newegg.
