i have a whole foods i can buy it at so i'm not worried on that front. i started another thread about a hop schedule tonight (which has no other posts...waaaahhh feel free to give me some thoughts) and i'm considering using some kind of sugar in it just in case the honey is a bit much, to dry it out a little.
