LOW OG w/London Ale Yeast 1318

Just brewed a NEIPA for the first time. Target OG was 1.061, and unfortunately I hit 1.046. I attribute the low OG possibly to starting out with too much water. I’m pretty frustrated with it, but it is what it is and I still have hope the beer will taste fine.

I pitched with London Ale Yeast 1318 and I’m curious how low the FG will get. My recipe’s target FG was 1.018, but I’m curious how low the FG will be after the Yeast does it’s work. Right now I think this beer will be at 4% but I’m curious if it has a chance to get a smudge higher.
