Im new to allgrain & have a carboy with 1.032 OG (supposed to be ~ 1.060)ale ale sitting in it. Maybe from mash/maybe from boil, not sure....But i was hoping there is a way to save it by adding some LME/DME somehow. Maybe dissolve & cool in small amount of water then adding? Any experience with this. Pitched yeast ~8 hrs ago. ~5.5 gal in a 6.5 gal carboy. Please help!!?!
