sorry not sure if this has been asked before, couldnt find it in the search. I am currently fermenting 2 octoberfests which were brewed one week apart one is ready for d-rest now and im assuming the other will be ready in about a week. so my question is can i d-rest for like a week so that i can lager both beers at the same time because i only have one chamber!(should thought of this before i brewed them) any help of suggestions would be great thanks
