Looking into setting up a key system

I am new to the world of brewing and have two at he's under my belt but am looking into converting a fridge I to a keg system. Looking for a 1/6 keg setup and was wondering if anyone could give me advice or ain't of things that would be needed to convert a fridge into a small setup. Much thanks.
