I Have a Midwest Stout kit that I will be brewing this weekend (thanks Groupon). Any suggestions for additions to play with the recipe?
Ive done coffee before and liked it well enough. I've considered oak chips, whiskey and vanilla (have a vanilla pod left over from a cheesecake) this time around.
