Looking for Spare Ingredient Recipe feedback

I'm trying to use up some grains and hops I have. I came up with this quick recipe. Let me know what you think.

4 lb Pale Ale Malt
4 lb Pilsner
2 lb Munich Light
.5 lb Crystal 40
.5 lb Crystal 60
2 oz Roasted Barley - For color
2 oz Willamette (4.5) at 60 - 37.2 IBU
1 oz Hallertau (4.1) at 15 - 4.5 IBU

Personally, I'd leave out the roasted barley and save ~.5 Willamette for a flavor addition. What yeast strain?

1/2 oz Willamette at 30?

Not sure about the yeast yet. I just used my last pack so I'll have to get more.

I bet that would be tasty with an English Ale yeast. I'd leave in the roasted barley.

I was thinking 1028 or 1335.

Looks good, a little less bitter and I don't think it'll will be too hop forward.
