Hey all,
So I'm brewing up a "Killer Bee Braggot" this weekend - basically, shooting for a ~5.5% Brown Ale, will add 6lb of killer bee honey just before flameout. Thoughts on hop additions? Think it was 2 oz of ~9% AA Northern Brewer I picked up. Aim was to make a big beer and age it in bottles for the holidays - since I'm currently a no-sparge brewer, thought a braggot would work - make a beer my AG setup can handle, use honey to up the ABV to the 10% neighborhood, age in bottles until closer to Christmas.
