This sounds about what im looking for. How much/type of pilnser or will any local due and i not boring with the yeast...lol so which is your favorite?100% Pilsner/Pale
US-05 ( cheap and boring ) / Imperial A38 Juice/A24 Dry Hop
50% Citra + 50% Amarillo
6-8 oz hops late boil + whirlpool
6-8 oz hops dry hop
OG: around 1.055
FG: around 1.010 ( dry and crisp )
ABV: 5.7-6%
This kind of IPA can be ready to drink in 14-18 days, maybe less if you force carbonate.
